It is mid-July and the runs are getting longer. This year I want to make sure I don't injure myself so I am running slower on the runs. That was my mistake last year in training. I did it as if I was running in the race. So far my knee is holding I feel no pain except for the normal aches and pains. Well I just turn 40 so what can be expected. I am taking supplements like collagen for my bones and joints. We will see how it turns out my goal is to finish running!!
